Crufts Show 7-10th March

If you are planning a visit to the world’s greatest dog show, here’s all the news on what’s going on around the show this year. From breed judging and Best in Show, to exciting displays in the Dog Activities ring, over 200 breeds to meet and greet plus plenty more family-friendly entertainment to keep tails wagging for a full four days! The biggest canine competition in the UK is back. Thousands of dogs are gearing up for Crufts 2018 and this is how you can join them.

Crufts has been running since 1891, and after more than 100 years, it now has 22,000 dogs taking part, 140,000 spectators and 2.5 million people watching on TV at home.

Please note that unfortunately NO DOGS other than those that have been invited by the Kennel Club and Assistance Dogs are permitted into the show.

Nottinghamshire County Show 18-20th April

Experience a fabulous family day out this Spring at Nottinghamshire County Show. With plenty going on inside and out, on show will be the best cattle, sheep, goats and pigs alongside superb equine events, including majestic ‘heavies’ and first-class showjumping. Meet your favourite farmyard animals, gun dogs and birds of prey.

Children will particularly enjoy the antics of the animals in the Countryside Area as well as the return of the popular Giant Tortoises.

Featuring as the main attraction is the famous Atkinson Action Horses who have recently appeared in the TV series, Poldark, Victoria and Peaky Blinders, there are many other spectacular displays to entertain and inform visitors.
